HTML Vault respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please provide our designated copyright agent with the following information in writing:

- Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Important: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. Please ensure your claim is accurate and made in good faith.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
User Content Policy
All users who upload content to HTML Vault represent and warrant that:
- They own the rights to the content or have permission to share it
- The content does not infringe on any third-party rights
- The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- They are responsible for any consequences resulting from uploading infringing content

Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
